How can I select or change a channel in the app?
Description...
Users who are assigned only one channel automatically start in the channel assigned to them after logging in to the app. It is not possible to select another channel.
After logging in, users with multiple channels receive a list of the channels available to them and can select the desired channel there.
To switch to one of the other assigned channels later, users click on the channel name in the app header. Next to the channel name is a small downward arrow.
After clicking on the channel name, a drop-down list opens from which users can then select the channel they want to switch to.
