Need help with tchop? Our support team is always just a click away – whether you’re a client or app user.

We’ve got your back!

Running a content and community platform like tchop is exciting – but sometimes questions pop up. Whether it’s about new features, onboarding users, or a technical hiccup, our support team is always here to help.

We offer different support channels – from direct chat to detailed help articles – and we distinguish between:

  • Administrators & Editors (managing the dashboard, content and the community)

  • Readers & Community Members (using your apps in web and on mobile)

Support for Admins & Editors 🛠️

On-Site Chat in the Dashboard 💬

Right inside the admin dashboard, you can chat directly with our support team. Open the chat window, type your question, and off you go. We usually reply within minutes.

Personal Support Contact 👩‍💻

Every client has a dedicated support contact at tchop. You can reach them via:

  • Email: support@tchop.io

  • Phone (your direct line to us)

  • Slack or Teams (use our dedicated Slack Support team or any other enterprise chat)

Your community members should also be able to get help fast when they need it. That’s why we offer in-app support – in both mobile and web apps.

In-App Support

In the app settings, users will find:

  • Technical Support: Link opens an email form including device info (super useful for troubleshooting).

  • General Questions: Link for non-technical questions.

👉 These are default options – but you can fully customize recipient, subject line, text, and labels to fit your setup. You can decide where request should be routed to: to your IT, to your team, via e-mail or phone? It's up to you!

Help Center

By default, FAQ links in the app point to our Help Center, where the most popular topics are displayed right on the front page. But you can also add your own custom FAQ pages tailored to your community.
