X Integration
Import the posts of an X account into a mix, with control over whether reposts and replies come along.

What it does for you
A live commentary lane. Your own account, an industry voice or a partner, running as a feed inside the app.
Reposts and replies are your choice. Most accounts are worth following for their own posts only. The integration lets you decide.
Settings
X URL. The account, not a single post: https://x.com/youraccount. Old twitter.com links work too.
Include reposts. Off by default. On means everything the account boosts also becomes a card, which multiplies volume fast and brings in content you did not vet.
Include replies. Off by default. Replies out of context read badly in a curated feed. Leave off unless the account is a support handle whose replies are the point.

What the cards look like
Posts arrive as cards with a link back to X. The post itself is not embedded, so users tap through to see it in full on X.
That matters for two reasons. Any user who taps leaves your app, and anyone without an X account hits a login wall on the other side. For an internal app where few employees use X, a heavy X feed can be more frustration than value.
Limitations
Public accounts only. Protected accounts cannot be imported.
Volume. Active accounts post a lot. With reposts on, a single source can flood a mix. Start with reposts and replies off, watch a week, then adjust.
Threads. A thread is a series of posts. Each one is its own card, so a long thread arrives as several cards rather than one piece.
The usual shared limits apply. Roughly 30 minutes between checks, silent errors, one-time backfill. See the overview page.
Summary
One account, one mix, posts as link cards. Keep reposts and replies off unless you have a reason, and remember every card sends the user to X to read the actual post.
