🪪 Communication Matrix
Learn how we organise our communication as part of our certified management system for information security.
Our Communication Matrix is part of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). All internal details, responsibilities, and rules are documented in a comprehensive policy within that system.
These communication guidelines cover all essential topics and processes that are critical for our operations. They include:
Risk management
Management of potential vulnerabilities
Communication regarding changes to our platform and its configuration
Response to crisis or security incidents, which are further supported by our dedicated Business Continuity and Recovery policies and procedures.
If you are interested in more detailed information about these policies within our ISMS, we are happy to share them with you upon request.
Communication Matrix
The following matrix serves as a guideline to ensure that all team members and stakeholders have the necessary information to collaborate efficiently and achieve shared goals. It defines the key communication interfaces between our clients’ departments and the responsible contacts at tchop.
The matrix outlines the most common communication scenarios. Naturally, additional cases may arise in day-to-day operations.
