How it works

The target audience based on how long the app has been installed
Recommended use cases
We suggest considering two target groups that are proven to respond well:

Users who installed the app within the last 10 days

A headline (max. 50 characters)
A message body (max. 160 characters)
An optional image to make the push stand out
You can define the time of day when each push goes out. Choose a time when your users are most likely to react—mornings, lunch breaks, or evenings depending on your audience.
📲 Example: For work-related apps, late mornings might work best. For social or community apps, try late afternoon or early evening.
Retention pushes can:
